Prince George's Goes Pink

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to raise awareness about the impact of breast cancer. Join us as we go pink together to help uplift women and men in need.

In Prince George’s County, County Executive Angela Alsobrooks wants to ensure that our residents are educated and aware of the county's programs, resources, and support. Prince George’s County has one of the highest mortality rates of breast cancer in the state of Maryland. We must change that. Challenges in education, awareness, clinical testing, early detection, and screenings are holding us back from being a County where we envision no breast cancer. We ask you – whether you’re a survivor or supporter to join us as Prince George’s Goes Pink.
